| This 8-hour workshop focuses on understanding the different needs present in a classroom, exploring how to remove barriers to learning, and designing instruction that supports all learners. Participants will dive into the latest research on differentiation and Universal Design for Learning (UDL), gaining practical strategies that can be immediately applied in their teaching practice. Additionally, the workshop emphasizes fostering a nurturing mindset in creating a responsive framework and establishing classroom differentiation routines to ensure sustainable and effective practice. This workshop strives to guide teachers to rethink about the differentiation and closely look into the practical strategies of differentiation so that they can immediately imply their learning into their teaching practice. This workshop is suitable for K-12 all subjects educators. |

| Dr. Lucy (Hoiyin) Wong is a certified Concept-Based Curriculum and Instruction Trainer, an author of PYP Inquiry Readers, an Action Research Coordinator IBEN Consultant, IBEN Workshop Leader, and IBEN School Visit Team Leader. Lucy is an experienced educational consultant with elite schools globally. Lucy has a solid tracing background in teacher training, and she is actively involved in consulting schools in developing concept-based curriculum for all subjects, providing guidance in developing Literacy Focused World Language Program based on her research, implementing Inquiry Fluency into whole school curriculum based on her years of inquiry work and coaching teachers and conferencing students in classroom to provide differentiated instruction. |
